The primary & mailing address of the Maple Street Chapel is 220 South Main St, the same as the address of First Church of Lombard.

The address 200 South Main St. was designated to specifically refer to the chapel rather than the main church.

This is good for two purposes:

1) If you call 911 for paramedic, police, or fire, give the 200 South Main St address to ensure that they go to the correct building.
    For a paramedic or police call, it is recommended that you direct them to stop on Maple Street,
    which then provides access to to main (northwest) entrance and the handicapped ramp.

2) When you give an address to someone unfamiliar with the chapel location, 200 South Main St.
     will give the correct building for users of Google Maps or GPS.
     But also keep in mind where they will park  -  First Church (220 South Main St.)
         or the Edward-Elmhurst Health center across Maple St. (130 South Main St.).

FROM SOUTHWEST:
From Roosevelt Rd. (IL-38), left on Main Street Lombard (intersection with Jewel at northeast corner).  1½ miles north on Main St., and First Church and chapel are on left after the car wash and "Chang's Hapkido Institute".

FROM NORTHWEST:
From North Ave. or St. Charles Rd., left on Main Street.  The intersection of Main St. & Maple St. has a Dairy Queen on the southeast corner, and the chapel is on the southwest corner.

FROM SOUTHEAST:

PARKING
Each of these lots has signs about restricted usage and hours of restrictions. Please respect these and park in authorized spaces.
  1. On the northwest corner of Main St. & Maple St. is the Elmhurst Memorial Lombard Health Center.
  2. There are two Village lots on Maple west of the chapel.
  3. From Main Street, turn into main First Church entrance south of new church building and north of martial arts school.  Walk through double doors into main church building.  Go up stairs and follow signs to chapel.
